Mostly I shipped Sebofsky thanks to a really great fic, “How to Get A Guy,” where Sebastian decides to make up for being a dick by teaching Dave the ways of the gay. The downside is the fic is REALLY harsh on both Kurt and Blaine.

AWwwWW! ^_^ I like that one! That’s so sweet! I’ve considered Sebofsky for hotness reasons and Trentofsky for meta reasons. But mainly I’m headcanoning him joining a gay men’s chorus at his college, called the Bearitones. Because why the fuck not.
Seb’s personality just destroys any and all hotness Grant has for me. :( What are your meta reasons for Trentofsky? Oh, and I just remembered there was a period where I kind of liked the idea of Chandofsky (Do they even have a name?…) because I felt Chandler’s over-exuberant nature would be pretty uplifting and positive for Dave if it doesn’t annoy him. :p But that was mostly because it was my knee-jerk reaction to people shipping Chandler/Sebastian. I was kind of okay with it in Hook because they changed Tinkerbell’s character in that - she’s a tomboyish imp. She is a *lady* fairy in the books, described as having a playboy centerfold figure and a “boudoir” filled with teeny-tiny lingerie
I liked Tinkerbell in Hook. Like, it’s the only incarnation I can think of where I liked her. I just didn’t like that scene.

There’s also the fact that Tinkerbell is an adult fairy who spends the entire source novel trying to get into the tights of a 10-year-old boy, to the point where she’ll arrange Wendy’s shooting death. Tinkerbell is SCARY-ASS MOFO in the books.
Oh, yeah, I can’t stand Tinkerbell. She’s annoying at best (Disney, where she’s relatively harmless and just a brat) and terrifyingly disturbing at worst. (The play/novel where she’ homicidal.) When I was younger one of my favorite movies was Hook and my least favorite part was always that super-boring scene where Peter is suddenly acting like a child again and Tinkerbell inexplicably gets all big and they talk and then kiss and then she sends him off to rescue his kids or whatever before becoming small again because it was so damn boring. Then when I got older and re-watched it it remained my least favorite scene for how creepy and awful it is. (It makes no sense, there’s no reason for why she’s big all of a sudden, she’s doing this while he’s in a child-like mentality, she somehow gets small after that, and he’s married with kids so it’s essentially taking advantage of a married man who has momentarily forgotten the married part. Grr.)

Yeah, I don’t know how the actual fairy tale goes but in the Disney movie they actually knew each other and were all in love and shit so it’s not as bad as, like, Snow White was. (Didn’t she, like, run away from him the one time they spoke? And in the original fairy tale wasn’t she believed dead and he was all “Well, that’s pretty. Take it back to my castle so I may stare at it!”?)

Yeah, I would really love to see some of these Conservatives go to Canada just for the culture shock. Hell, going to pretty much any industrialized nation since pretty much every single one of them is ahead of us in social justice and rights of the people.

Agreed on Max’s word choices in that interview - although to be fair, the way Karofsky as a character thinks, he probably WOULD think he’d want to be the man because he DOES have a messed up view of his own sexuality. Max should have clarified that.
Like I said, I know he means well and I’m sure he doesn’t do this stuff on purpose and would be fully open to someone educating him and telling him “You know, this was a little offensive and you should word yourself better and here is how things are.” But no one’s doing it and it annoys me because this situation is so easily fixable. It’s not like he’s some bigot who would refuse having his beliefs on this matter challenged.
